Em junho, o custo da cesta básica aumentou em 17 capitais brasileiras. Nas outras seis capitais e no Distrito Federal, o preço médio apresentou queda.

As maiores altas foram registradas na Região Norte. Boa Vista (RR) liderou o ranking, com avanço de 3,28%, seguida por Palmas (TO), com 3,01%, e Rio Branco (AC), com 2,20%. Fora da região, a capital sulista, Porto Alegre (RS) apareceu na sequência, com alta de 2,18%.
Os dados são da Pesquisa Nacional da Cesta Básica de Alimentos, divulgada todo mês pelo Dieese (Departamento Intersindical de Estatística e Estudos Socioeconômicos), junto com a Cohab (Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento).
O custo médio de João Pessoa caiu 3,97%, registrando a maior redução da lista, em seguida aparece Recife -3,62% e Maceió com -3,61.
Entre os produtos que mais pressionaram o valor da cesta no mês passado, o feijão se destacou por registrar alta de preços em todas as cidades analisadas. Mas também ocorreram aumentos nos valores do arroz agulhinha, carne bovina de primeira e do leite integral.
De acordo com a pesquisa, a precificação dos produtos têm sido provocada pela redução da área cultivada e pelas adversidades climáticas que afetaram a primeira e a segunda safras.
No primeiro semestre do ano, todas as capitais registraram alta nos preços, com taxas que variaram entre 4,02% em São Luis e 21,48% em Fortaleza.
São Paulo tem a cesta básica mais cara do país
A capital paulista apresenta a cesta básica mais cara do ranking, com custo médio de R$ 965,47, em sequência Cuiabá com um tíquete médio de R$ 937,93, já no Rio de Janeiro com R$ 920,94 e Florianópolis com R$ 918,42.
A composição da cesta se difere nas cidades Norte e Nordeste, e algumas capitais registraram um valor reduzido das cestas, como Aracaju com R$ 630,40, depois São Luis com R$ 654,73, Maceió R$ 671,41 e Natal com R$ 686,07.
O levantamento do Dieese mostra que as disparidades regionais permanecem expressivas, com uma diferença superior a R$ 300 entre a cesta mais cara, em São Paulo, e a mais barata, em Aracaju.
